DC-Link Capacitor Module Assembly

This chapter will cover assembling the DC-link capacitor module: combining the populated DC-link capacitor board (DC-Link Capacitor Board) with its bus bars and film capacitors into the complete module. It is currently being written. The build is in progress and photographs are being taken.

The bottom stack assembly (Bottom Stack Assembly) should be complete and set aside before starting this chapter.

Safety
- The DC-link module stores significant energy. Treat it as energized until proven discharged, even when disconnected from the inverter.
- Wear clean, lint-free gloves when handling bus bars and high-current contact surfaces.
